Good Morning everyone please review your personal view open and rebuttals and see f there any tickets you can solve after this please continue on working from the new view searching by booking and merging tickets that are from the same requester and same group. If the group is the same and the requesters are not the same please keep the tickets separate but you can assign to the same agent our aim is to reduce the new view as much as possible and for the open view to be true tickets.
