Nature of the Problem: custom called because she made a reservation for a room with a Jacuzzi but when she arrives at the hotel they told her that the type of rooms that she has does not have Jacuzzi

What else did you do to resolve the situation: informed the customer that I am unable to change the type of room that she has so the only thing I can do is cancel this reservation so she would be able to make a new one with the hotel directly
