Complaint with customer?-listening carefully to the customer involve the customer as much as possible sympathize with the customer and apologize if the company is in the wrong. Then to check to see if the customer is happy with the solution, and lastly a day or 2 later check in with the customer to see how they are doing.

Why I chose Nordstrom?
Ive been looking at other roles but this job caught my attention because Nordstrom is a very professional high priced retail store which not only has a bonus by always being able to increase your income by the amount you sell, but also includes a strong customer service aspect, which I have. These two aspects along with the fact that I enjoy shopping here are why I chose nordstrom. I thrive in competitve environments, I played sports throughout highschool, and also my last job at hollister I was the top selling associate for sales on our in store ipad for many consecutive weeks. I dont like a job where I just sit around, I genuinely enjoy talking to people and helping them out. For these reasons I believe I'd be a perfect fit for your company.

Im very confident and quick to pick up skills in whatever department i get put in. I make sure i'm always on top of company policies and I will always reach or surpass sales quotas.

strengths?
Dealing with customers and getting the most sales. My manager praised me for my ability to easily make conversation with customers and having them feel comfortable. I had a lot of regulars that only came in if they knew I was working.

Tell me about yourself? Well my name is dustin javaherian, im 18 years old. Ive been working in sales for about a year and a half now. I graduated from Las lomas high school and am going to start college at dvc in the spring. I'm an enthusiastic and very active person. I was raised by successful sales people. Job wise, Ive been working at Hollister since the beginning of the summer.
I worked at hollister. The job description consisted of selling clothes, convincing customers to buy from our online website on the in-store ipad. and competing with associates for the most ipad sales.
