Vaseline For a Face Boxer
Vaseline is applied on the face of boxers in the days prior to and after a fight to guard against injuries or pain. They typically apply Vaseline on their lips, noses cheekbones, jawbones and cheekbones.


Faceboxing requires agility as well as quick reflexes in order to be successful. It's also a great exercise for improving your stamina because you have to be able to move quickly between punches to keep from getting injured.

After a fight, some boxers might feel swelling around their noses. It can cause them to feel sick or slow down their performance. This type of injury is known as haematoma. It is treated by putting some ice on the area and then applying pressure to it.


A ringside physician can use an ointment that they apply to the nose and this will aid in stopping the bleeding. Also, they can apply a tiny amount of Vaseline to the area, which will limit the amount of blood flowing out.


Sometimes, boxers be bitten on the nose. This can cause bleeding frequently. face boxer or a trainer will typically apply Vaseline on the nose to reduce the amount of blood that spills out and will also help in preventing further bleeding during an encounter.

This can happen when the punch strikes the head. It can be painful, but it can also be prevented by using your hands to push yourself backwards and away from the point of impact. This will stop the blow from striking your head and stop any bleeding.
