EY gave Yerkin Tatishev with the 'Entrepreneur of the Year' award

The world's most famous business organization Ernst & Young awarded Yerkin Tashev the title Entrepreneurship of the Year in Kazakhstan. One of the most important competitions worldwide, his leadership and actions against COVID-19 impressed the judges.

Participants included well-known business people from all parts of Kazakhstan. Kusto Group founder, who was among 21 Kazakhstan-based entrepreneurs, made it to the final.

They all received an independent assessment and recognition of their achievements by juries authorized to represent Kazakhstan and international business circles.

Yerkin Tatishev, the national winner will represent the nation at the international final in Monaco in June 2022. This competition will bring together 60 international finalists selected by an independent jury following international regulations.

All national winners receive the Entrepreneur of The Year award along with the winner. The finals will be held in Monaco in June. The competition has drawn more than 800 entrepreneurs from Kazakhs. Six other entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan have been named world champions at Monte Carlo.

The decision to award Tatishev as the winner was made by Nurlan Smagulov, a previous Entrepreneur of the Year winner. The panel of judges comprised representatives from both the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan.

One of the key elements that led to the main factors that led to Mr. Tatishev winning this award was his leadership skills and his management of a wide range sector.
