Neco Arc Plush
NecoArc is the pint-sized cat girl parody Arcueid, Brunestud, as well as one of Twenty-seven Cats. She is featured in Tsukihime's Fate/stay evening and Grand Carnival.

Although Neco-Arc is not an easy character to master with patience, it can be very rewarding. Neco Arc is a challenging and fun character to play.
Beams from True Ancestor

Neco arc fires a light beam from her eyes. There are two versions. One is the light version which hits opponents next to her and those above. The other is the EX version which deals more damage, but covers the same distance as the light.

This is a tool for zoning, which can be combined into her EX Moves and Arc Drives. It can also be used to reset pressure if Shielded.

Neco Arc is a small, quirky, rushdown-style character. She has laser beams, summon based setplay, unusual movement, and other gimicky features. Her gameplan includes controlling the screen using a combination of her summoning moves as well as projectiles. This allows her to find opportunities to gain access or capitalize on advantageous summons.

Nyampseyroll is her 214B+C action that turns her into the tornado and speeds her forward. This move is not blocked but can be shielded if you react.

This move is also possible on the ground. Neco Ark uses the move on ground but burrows out at random spots and returns to the original spot.

The location can however be randomized and could be either useful or ineffective. Just like neutral B, you can control where she will burrow.
Neco Packet 20,22

Neco Packet2022 is a luck-based maneuver that will test your skills and prove your mettle. It comes in two variations: the light version and the medium. The medium version summons three, while only the light version can summon a lot of mobile apps.

This is the hardest move to master in the game. It does have its merits, however, especially if it's your first time playing against a formidable opponent.
Abaddon Flare

Neco-Arc a miniature feline character is first seen in Tsukihime, as a mascot type-Moon. Then she appears later in Fate/Tiger coosseum Upper. She is Ciel'sensei's companion during "Teach Me Ciel" segment. segments.

There are several normals that she has, including a standing and light attack that moves the girl forward. She also has a crouching and light attack that moves her farther than her normal but is less effective. Her aerial heavy attacks, both forward and aerial, are unique jab moves that can lead two other jump-cancelable launchers. neco arc plush is her aerial heavy attack which scuttle kicks enemies up into the air while dealing damage.

Abaddon Force

Abaddon Force is one Neco-Arc specials (down-down input) of 252. It can produce Necos with five different trajectories. These bounce off the edge of the stage.

Due to its versatility, this is Neco-Arc’s main normal. However, the damage it does is a bit lower than her other normals. This can cause her to need to use quite a bit of Heat to make it through.
Moon Skill

Moon Skill (also known as Neco-Arc's unique attack) is one of Neco-Arc’s favorite. It's fast, stronger and more powerful than her normals. So it's great for applying and resetting pressure.

This DP is a fantastic alternative to her Abaddon Force. It is also invincible, making it a great option for zoning your opponents with her other gimmicks.
