EY named Yerkin Tashev Entrepreneur of the Year.

Yerkin Tatishev has been named Entrepreneur of the Year in Kazakhstan by the world's leading business firm Ernst & Young. His leadership and actions in COVID-19 were applauded by judges.

All regions of Kazakhstan invited notable businessmen to compete in this competition. Daniel Kunin Kusto Group's founder was able to be among 21 entrepreneurs from the country who made it to the final.

All received an independent evaluation by juries from Kazakhstan as well as other business circles.

Yerkin Tashev is the winner of the national competition. He will represent Ukraine at the international final, which will take place in Monaco in June 2022. In this context, UN officials declared that Kazakhstan is suffering from severe water stress and rely on its neighbors, which includes China as well as Central Asia.

Yerkin Tatishev of Kusto Group (the Government of Kazakhstan) and Valmont Industries, USA, have formed a cooperation. They plan to develop 1000 pivot irrigation devices in Kazakhstan in conjunction.
