Q1) What are the four primary functions of mass media?
The four primary functions of mass media include providing entertainment, education, persuasion, and disseminating information.

Mass media offers various forms of entertainment, such as movies, music, TV shows, and games, to keep people entertained and engaged. It serves as a valuable educational tool by providing information on various subjects such as science, history, politics, and current affairs. Mass media can also influence people's attitudes and behaviors through persuasive techniques such as advertising, political campaigns, and public service announcements.

Finally, it is a crucial source of news and information, providing up-to-date and relevant information on topics such as politics, sports, science, and entertainment.


Q2) In 100 words, share the impact of a film (one film) only in your personal life, mention the film and its connectedness to you personally, discuss and explain fully.

Paper Towns is a coming-of-age film that explores themes of identity, friendship, and self-discovery. It highlights the idea that people are not always what they seem, and that we often create idealized versions of others in our minds.

I think we all have expectations of the people in our lives, but sometimes those expectations don't match up with reality. That's something I experienced in high school with my close group of friends. I thought I knew them inside and out, but as we grew older and went our separate ways, I realized that I had created an idealized version of them in my mind.

Because of that experience, it had put me in a place wherein I felt that I would have to embark on a journey without anyone else by my side as from childhood to early adolescence, I had people beside me who taught me different things, who were a factor in molding my character, who introduced new interests to me, and of course, people who were simply there to help discover ourselves. But I guess we all need to start somewhere and spread our wings for ourselves and learn to go on about everything about life on our own accord.

It was a tough realization to come to, but it taught me that people are complex and ever-changing, and it's important to let go of our expectations and judgments and accept them for who they are. Watching the protagonist go on a journey of self-discovery in the film was inspiring, and it reminded me that it's never too late to pursue your passions and create the life you want.

All in all, Paper Towns really resonated with me on a personal level, and it's a movie I would recommend to anyone who's struggling with figuring out their place in the world.
