-Can you tell us about your previous experience working in a similar role or field?
--Answer: I have experience working in agent role at this company for the past 14 months. During that time, I have developed a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the importance of accurate record-keeping. I have worked closely with the Audits and understand the level of care and attention to detail that is required to maintain the integrity of our platform.

-How do you manage your time and stay organized in a fast-paced and demanding environment?
--Answer: I prioritize my tasks and use a to-do list to stay organized. I also make sure to communicate with my team members to ensure that we are all on the same page and working towards the same goals. In addition, I am comfortable working under pressure and I understand the importance of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

-Can you give an example of a time when you had to make a difficult judgment call in a work setting?
--Answer: Yes, there was a time when I received a request from a user that seemed suspicious. After reviewing the request form, I determined that it was not in compliance with our platform's policies and I had to reject the request. Although it was a difficult decision, I knew that it was necessary to maintain the integrity of our platform and protect our users.

-How do you handle repetitive tasks in a monotonous job environment?
--Answer: I understand that repetitive tasks can be challenging, but I try to maintain a positive attitude and focus on the end goal. I also look for ways to streamline the process and make it more efficient, which helps to break up the monotony of the task.

-How do you approach problem-solving and delivering results?
--Answer: I approach problem-solving by first identifying the root cause of the problem and then brainstorming potential solutions. I also make sure to communicate with my team members to get their input and collaborate on finding the best solution. When it comes to delivering results, I understand the importance of setting goals and working towards them in a timely manner. I also make sure to communicate with my team members to ensure that we are all on track and working towards the same goals.

-Biggest Challenge?
--One of the biggest challenges faced by our Live Support agents at the moment is dealing with user requests related to earthquake relief. We have received a large volume of requests, and it can be difficult to handle users who are not eligible for the airdrop, yet argue that they need it due to their difficult situation.

As a Live Support agent, it is important to be patient and understanding towards these users while adhering to the eligibility criteria set out for the relief program. It can be a challenging task to balance empathy with the need for clear communication and policy adherence.

To handle these requests, I did focus on maintaining an open and clear dialogue with users, explaining the eligibility criteria and why some requests cannot be approved. I made sure to show empathy and understanding towards their difficult situations while remaining firm on our company's policies. Through this experience, I learned the importance of communication, empathy, and balancing the needs of users with the requirements of our policies.

-Last words?
--With your permission, I would like to express my gratitude and provide an update. I have been working here for 15 months and I love my job, the company and all my colleagues. During my time here I am getting married, moved into a new house and everyone here has been extremely helpful and supportive. I have always tried to repay this by working hard and being dedicated to my job. I have never taken a sick day, I have never been late and I have never received any negative feedback. On the contrary, I have consistently met my KPIs, maintaining a 100 QA score for 3-4 months and scoring 100 on monthly assignment for 11 months. I have received positive feedback and have always given constructive feedback to improve our processes. I have also been selected as a top performer on a monthly and weekly basis. I have also helped a colleague who has been on PiP twice as part of the buddy programme and much more. I mention all this not to boast, but to demonstrate that I am confident that I can make a positive contribution to different roles within the company. I have a positive relationship with everyone, but I am not able to engage in private conversations with superiors for personal gain. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me.
