Şirketiniz ile olan iş sözleşmemi 1475 Sayılı İş Kanunu'nun halen yürürlükte olan 14. Maddesine göre emeklilik nedeniyle feshettiğimi bildirir, çıkış işlemlerimin yapılmasını ve feshe bağlı tazminat ve işçilik alacaklarımın tarafıma ödenmesini saygılarımla arz ederim.
