Reloading dies are a part of the reloading equipment that most guns need. When you have purchased good quality dies and you take care of them properly, they are bound to last you for several years and perform very well. Most dies won't rust very easily because they have rust preventive polish on them. Other dies have a mirror finish which makes them look sparkly and new for several years.

I've personally grieved the loss of family members and dear friends; however, recently I experienced, for the first time, a slow, impending death. I watched my 91 year old Mother for months as she made her transition. I watched her body return to the fetal position, her frail skeletal frame show protruding bones and unpreventable decubitus ulcers, feeding tube challenges, and constant pain. Through it all, though, she never lost her warm smile and her tenacity to fight. I marveled at her strength and wonder if I could ever have that much fortitude. I watched her peacefully die, at home, in her sleep, just as she had said she wanted to die.


Isn't it interesting that no other animal but the human animal travails in birth, trembles at death, or finds life troublesome? Other animals embrace the pain associated with birth. They live and die without ever complaining about either. The human animal, however, repudiates pain, resists aging, feels life is an indecipherable riddle, and loathes death itself.

I told the man that a Chinese friend had once told our family members about his cultural beliefs. When a baby is born, we should cry because life on earth is difficult and when someone dies, we should celebrate because they are going to a better life.

As many therapists say, "What you resist persists." That is, if you resist the changes demanded by loss--the pain and anxiety will haunt you continuously as you attempt to live in the past. Here are four reasons why it's a new life after your loved one has died. And, to accept it as a new life and to be open to learning, will help you immensely in adjusting to your great loss.


Death is as much a part of life as growing and maturing but our understanding of it is really very individual and personal. It takes some time to come to terms with death. As you grow older, it's easier to see that everyone's "time will come". And perhaps you can better accept death. What you need to do is reach for better feeling thoughts about this entire subject.

Those who are near death wonder if God really exists and if they are acceptable to him. Those who have obeyed the gospel of Christ and have been faithful and studied the Bible know the answer to that. They have the calm assurance that all is well with their soul. If you are unfamiliar with the teachings of the sacred book, you need to go to a Bible believing church and attend classes to be ready for your eventual death.
