stamped pepco set for private space vaults + ductbank - need to install vaults in June. Need to work towards that.
Pepco underground public space - DFM to push DDOT reviewer for feedback - they got comments form DDOT that rejected the permit application, pepco is working to address those comments and get it back into queue
current schedule for permanent power - september/early october delivery for infrastructure. That assumes multiple crews doing PEPCO install, and a timely DDOT approval. Worst case scenario is a fully added 6 week review period. Then the bid process takes 20 weeks. Then 3 contractors install conduit and manholes separately. That would be full underground Feb 4th next year. Best case scenario is a tighter bid window, DDOT approval process. That would be December 3rd for completion of undergrounding.
OH line removed - comcast fiber line removed? JF. Need to follow up with pepco to see if they're going to remove the poles.
Security design - Kastle - going to have ZGF issue a conduit CCD for Security, Low Voltage, Parking, MultiMedia]
