Options
Once the customer is found, use the options to retrieve information pertaining to
that customer. The following table defines the most commonly used options for
Customer Service on the Work With Customers screen.
Option Description
2=Edit Displays the Edit Patient screen and allows you to
retrieve and edit customer information.
4=Delete Deletes a customer (you will only be able to delete
customers if you are the one who created them).
5=Dsp Open AR Displays a customer’s open accounts.
6=Intakes Allows you to create an intake for an existing customer
and view open/completed intakes for that customer.
7=Invoices Displays a customer’s open invoices.
8=RXs Displays prescription information pertaining to a
specific customer.
W=WrkOrds Displays Work Orders pertaining to a specific patient.
I=InsElig Displays a customer’s insurance eligibility information.
C=Cmnts Displays a comment window where customer
comments may be viewed or entered.
D=ReqDoc Displays the Work With Required Documents screen
Option Description
E=Equip Displays the most current customer information dealing
with equipment and supplies.
F=Fldr Displays a customer’s electronic chart
O=O2/Sle/Svc Displays customers recurring O2 contents, sale and
services lines from their equipment screen.
S=Stmt Allows you to print a customer statement.
M=Msg Displays suspended messages, warning messages, and
error messages for a customers account.
N = PtInf Displays equipment history, outstanding insurance and
patient balances, options available to look up
authorizations, same or similar question sets, serial
numbers and insurance verification history.
P = CC Pymts Displays history of credit card payments as well as
access to credit card charges that did not go through.
V = CC Inf Displays credit card information currently added to the
patient
X=Ins Displays all active and inactive payors for a patient, this
screen also allows you to edit a payor and perform a
payor change.

Function Description
F3=Exit Exit the current screen and return to previous screen.
F9=Add Can be used to create a new customer
F11=View The Work With Customers screen has five (5) different
search views that are used to search for a customer.
Press F11 to toggle through each view.
1. Customer name/payor search
2. SS# and HIC# search
3. Physician name/ID search
4. Diagnosis ID search
5. Product ID search
F18=Address Displays the customer address, phone number and
DOB. Useful when numerous customers have the same
name. Displaying the address, phone number and DOB
helps in identifying the customer.
F19 = JDE Stock You can display specific rental/sale equipment on open
work orders.
