wifi calling :
If you want to use WiFi calling only, the device must be put in airplane mode with WiFi enabled and connected to a WiFi network.
Moving from one hotspot to another may cause the WiFi calls to drop. To get the best WiFi calling experience, it's recommended that you need to connected to the same WiFi network/hotspot and within the same room throughout the call.
* We need to follow some troubleshooting steps please also share your email id so that I can share these steps over there for the future references : here we go :
1) : Please confirm Wi-Fi Calling must be turned on before attempting a WiFi call.
2) : Please also ensure Location Services is enabled.
3) : Ensure the device is on the latest software version.
4) : Ensure the customer is connected to a WiFi network and the WiFi signal is strong
5) : please reset the network settings :
6) : Manually restart the device.
7) : Toggle Wi-Fi Calling off and on
8) :Put the device in airplane mode and connect to a WiFi network
9) :Please also check if there are any other reliable WiFi connections available nearby
if not resolved : ( wifi calling)
* Restart Your WiFi Router and Phone
* Toggle Airplane Mode On and Off
* Remove and Reinsert the SIM Card
* Reset Network Settings
* Try a Different Wi-Fi Network
