Departemen ini mengatur segala macam yang berhubungan dg transportasi sihir.
Semua tentang transportasi sihir diatur oleh mereka, baik itu hal - hal yang berkaitan tentang regulasi ataupun aplikasi.
Contoh transportasi sihir yang diatur:
1. Otoritas Jaringan Floo
2. Kontrol Regulasi Sapu Terbang
3. Kantor Portkey
4. Pusat Tes Apparation
Sementara salah satu pegawai yang bekerja di Departemen Transportasi Sihir bernama Madam Edgecombe Wilkie Twycross.
• Lantai Tujuh – Departemen Olahraga dan Permainan Sihir
Tempat urusan olahraga dan permainan sihir baik domestik ataupun internasional. Sekaligus penyelenggara jika ada event macam Triwizard, etc.
Departemen ini memiliki suasana sangat santai, koridor dari akses lift yang agak tampak berantakan dibandingkan dengan Departemen lainnya. Berbagai poster tim Quidditch juga ditempelkan miring di dinding.
Bagiannya adalah:
1. Kantor Pusat Liga Quidditch Inggris dan Irlandia
2. Klub Resmi Gobstones
3. Kantor Paten yang Menggelikan
Pegawainya antara lain : Ludo Bagman, Bertha Jorkins

- Air Mancur Sihir Brethren

Adalah bagian dari Kementerian Sihir yang melakukan penelitian rahasia. Beberapa penyihir dalam Kementerian benar-benar tak tahu apa yang terletak di dalam departemen ini. Terdapat banyak ruangan, diantaranya:
- Aula Ramalan
- Ruangan Kematian
- Ruangan Pemikiran
- Ruangan Waktu
- Ruangan Hampa
- Ruangan Cinta
• Lantai Sepuluh – Ruang Sidang Wizengamot
Ruang sidang Wizengamot adalah salah satu ruang sidang di Kementerian Sihir. Ruang ini digunakan oleh Dewan Hukum Sihir dan Wizengamot. Beberapa ruangannya antara lain:
1. Ruang Sidang Komisi Registrasi Kelahiran Muggle
2. Area Penahan Kementrian
