This article is in response to questions asked of me concerning what happens to us during our time of death. What is the role of the angels of God at this time? I apologize that I have to be extremely brief. As you read this, it may interest you to know that recently, I have been diagnosed, for a second time, with small cell cancer in my second lung. Second lung meaning, I've already survived small cell cancer in my other lung. Death is a great possibility for me - actually, I expect it. Maybe the family line would have continued and even prospered through the son's issue, but death would have come again to that household, bringing it's pain and desolation once more. So the widow's joy will ultimately have been a temporary reprieve. Does this mean that death gets the last word? Nice trick Jesus but you didn't crack the problem?


First, let us look at death. I know it is an unpleasant subject. But unless you look death in the eye and deny its power over you, it will destroy meaning and happiness. Persons have been investigating Near Death Experiences (NDE) for many decades.

He is calling me now. He wants me to enjoy life and be happy. He is calling you now. He wants you to enjoy life and be happy. He wants us to know that it is not enough to simply enjoy life and be happy though. God wants us to know that we have a soul that is spirit; a soul that will live on after the body dies. God wants us to realize that the soul and the body were created by Him to work together as one in the same spirit to be able to communicate with Him.



If your friend is finding it hard to cope with daily activities and is experiencing extreme sleeping and eating patterns over a long period of time could mean that they could benefit from talking with a clergy person or professional counselor who understands the grieving process. Some people find that support groups like, Make Today Count, Survivors of Suicide or Compassionate Friends are especially helpful.
