除一般齲齒治療外，對於無法配合之孩童，本院還提供於全身麻醉及鎮靜麻醉（舒眠麻醉）下接受牙齒治療之服務。 當上顎門牙缺損過大，用填補的方式不但容易掉落而且美觀也不佳，這時醫師就會建議您為小朋友作樹脂牙套。 圖一治療前：小朋友有嚴重的奶瓶性齲齒，不但造成疼痛也因為美觀不佳影響小朋友的自信。 圖二治療後：門牙經過根管治療後，醫師為小朋友做樹脂牙套，小朋友又可以重展笑顏。 由於鎮靜治療仍需牙科醫師施打口腔內之局部麻藥，因此病患術後嘴麻係屬正常現象。

乳牙的臼齒要到九歲、十歲才會換牙，因此當乳臼齒在早期就蛀太大而需要抽神經時，醫師會在抽完神經後建議您為小朋友做不鏽鋼牙套，不但可以恢復牙齒的咀嚼功能，還能避免牙齒咬硬物時崩塌。 圖一、二治療前：小朋友後牙有嚴重的齲齒，無法咀嚼食物並造成疼痛。 圖三、四治療後：後牙經過根管治療後，醫師為小朋友做不鏽鋼牙套，不但可以恢復牙齒的咀嚼功能，還能避免牙齒咬硬物時崩塌。
