In a recent lawsuit, the creator of Rozier's t-shirts was found to be in violation of Easter Unlimited's copyright and trademark rights in the Ghost Face Mask image. The judge also concluded that Rozier had a "genuine creative rationale" for his use of the Ghost Face Mask in his t-shirts.
