animate to animate artinya mengubah benda bernyawa menjadi benda bernyawa lainnya. Mantra transformasi jenis ini lebih sulit dibandingkan 3 mantra terdahulu dikarenakan mengubah mahluk hidup berarti bukan hanya mengubah tampilan atau pun susunannya namun juga sel sel genetic dan hal-hal yang mempengaruhi keberadaan makhluk hidup tersebut.
Perubahan tersebut pun tidak hanya dari tampilan luarnya saja, melainkan harus sampai ke organ-organ dalam makhluk tersebut.
Bisa dibayangkan bukan, apa yang terjadi bila ada satu organ yang tidak tertransformasi dengan baik?

Vermiculus: Merubah Vampyr Mosps menjadi cacing/ulat
Pelafalan : vur-MICK-yoo-luhs Warna : Putih Gerakan Wand : Mengarahkan wand pada target
Ducklifors : Mrbh “Blast-Ended Skrewts” menjadi anak itik/bebek.
Pelafalan : DUCK-lih-fors Warna : Kuning
Gerakan Wand : Menyentak ke bwh
Pullus : Mengubah Erklings menjadi angsa. Warna : Ungu
Gerakan Wand : Mengarahkan wand pada target
Transfigurasi Kombinasi
Transfigurasi dimana 2 mahluk hidup di silangkan dengan 1 mantra, sehingga mendapatkan 1 mahluk hidup dengan jenis baru
tfg kombinasi sangat di atur oleh kementrian sihir sebab penyilangan jenis baru tsb harus di data dan biasa nya para Ahli sihir atau peneliti lah yang mendalami bidang transfigurasi kombinasi tersebut.
fungsi dari conjuring spell sendiri ialah memunculkan benda dari udara kosong. Adapun contoh mantra dari Conjuring Inanimate, yaitu : Aguamenti : Menciptakan air dari tongkat Pelafalan : AH-gwe-MEN-tee Warna : Biru pucat
Aqua Eructo : Mengeluarkan air yang menyembur lurus dari ujung tongkat Pelafalan : A-kwa ee-RUCK-toh Warna : Biru es
Carpe Retractum : Mengeluarkan cairan lengket untuk menarik sesuatu Pelafalan : KAHR-pay ruh-TRACK-tum Warna : Oranye
Gerakan wand untuk mantra Carpe Retractum sendiri ialah menyentakkan wand secara tajam.
