§1 Beginn, Inhalt und Kündigung des Arbeitsverhältnisses
3. (...) Bis zum letzten Tag der Probezeit kann das
Arbeitsverhältnis beiderseitig mit einer Frist von zwei Wochen schriftlich gekündigt werden.
Nach Ablauf der Probezeit kann das Arbeitsverhältnis beiderseits mit einer Kündigungsfrist
von 3 Monaten zum Monatsende gekündigt werden. Die für den Arbeitgeber geltenden
verlängerten Kündigungsfristen sind auch vom Arbeitnehmer einzuhalten.
4. Eine ordentliche Kündigung vor Arbeitsantritt ist ausgeschlossen.
§18 Schlussbestimmungen
2. Als Gerichtsstand wird für beide Vertragsparteien Geislingen vereinbart.
3. Mündliche Vereinbarungen außerhalb dieses Vertrages und seiner Anlagen werden nicht
getroffen. Jede Änderung oder Ergänzung des Vertrages bedarf zu ihrer Rechtswirksamkeit
der schriftlichen Vereinbarung
