Encourages and helps with Social Skills
- Individuals have the chance to enter a classroom with other students and engage in social interaction through face-to-face learning. Some people may find that studying at home involves spending all day alone in a house, which is bad for their mental health.

Real-time Interaction
- Learning new information is the whole point of studying, right? Therefore, it makes sense that you would have questions and need assistance with different aspects of your study. Face-to-face learning allows you to receive the assistance and explanations you need right away during classes, in contrast to online learning, which still includes help via email and video lessons.

Lack of Distraction
- While some people believe that working from home increases productivity, many find the comfort of their home to be a major distraction. People might feel the need to complete household chores while they are at home, or perhaps the thought of a nap is too alluring to resist. Entering a physical classroom will make it simple to resist that temptation.

- Face-to-face instruction prepares students for entering the workforce with other employees by teaching them how to work in a team environment. Students don't just learn the theory the teacher is presenting in the classroom. They gain knowledge from the queries and prior knowledge of other students.

- Individuals are encouraged to participate in live discussions and pertinent debates when they are in a classroom with other students. Students can discuss ideas with others in this kind of learning environment. Having your ideas challenged rather than just reading theory off of a module encourages critical thinking.

Teaches accountability and Responsibility
- You cannot choose to "I’ll do the modules work later" when learning in person. Your responsibility is to effectively manage your time so that you can arrive at class at the designated time. Going to class in person makes you responsible and teaches responsibility to the students. When starting a job, these abilities will be crucial.
