究竟 外燴 過程是什麼、植牙手術時間多久、以及大家最關心的：植牙可以撐多久？ 人工植牙需要動刀劃開牙齦、鑽開齒槽骨，雖然是局部手術但血液循環貫穿全身，植牙與全身健康緊密相關，手術前每一個評估項目都馬虎不得，需要謹慎看待。 手術前請告知醫師您的醫療狀況與用藥情形，包含所有處方藥、非處方藥及營養補充劑。 若您有心臟病或骨科植入物，醫師可能會在進行植牙前先使用抗生素來預防感染。
手術後的2-3天，會有輕微滲血，屬正常現象，無需緊張，勿用舌頭去舔血塊，也不可吸吮傷口，以免引起更多的流血和疼痛，且易感染發炎。 ：當齒槽骨大量萎縮時，牙齦的海綿骨比例會比較低，可以從口腔其他區域移植自體骨，增加補骨區域的骨頭生長，加速骨粉骨化的速度。 全口活動假牙不適應者，如易嘔吐、發音不良、咬合不順暢及牙黏膜發炎，人工假牙可以改善這些症狀使假牙邁向更完美的境界。
人工牙根在植入後，需要有一段適當的時間與周圍的骨頭穩固結合，理想的狀況需2~4 個月，接著便可開始上端假牙的製作。 雖然植牙的成功率高達百分之九十以上，但亦需要適當的護理。
植牙在祐民的5年存活率已經幾乎達到百分之一百，我們更追求的並不是只有存活率，更追求成功率，植牙要成功除了包含補骨、補肉、骨整合、足夠時間、精準的假牙，還有之後維持器的維持，當然更有病人的細心照顧，和醫生耐心的處理。 取完模之後，如果送件的技師是手工製做，大概會須2-3個禮拜，如果是機器做的一體成型速度會快一點。 以三道工法來做，假牙製作一定需要很長的時間，完成的產品最漂亮，效果也會最符合醫生的要求。 病人的張口幅度也是考量之一，因為裝上了取模器會比原來牙齒位置高，口掃頭有一定的大小，病人張口的幅度不大，如嘴巴較小的女性會稍感不適。 以單顆植牙而言相對簡單，但是取模的範圍有2-4顆時，可能會要分成兩次來取。
