Welcome to the House of Photography for Everyone.
We moved out from the boutique gallery to create the the first photography space, which shape and future is decided by the people. When the virtual platform will reach its best, we will go full circle and create the House in real life.

Story of Ilex+grafika z załącznika:
Ilex Photo was leading italian photography gallery, since 2008 representing world’s best photographers such as Vivian Maier, Rene Burri or Lettizia Battaglia. Ilex exhibited both in Rome and internationally, on most important photography fairs.
Apart from building the brand as a gallery, Ilex published photography books, helped photographers to gain financial grants, produced promotional materials for the artists and promoted niche then art of photography in Rome by organising events and exhibitions.

THE COLLECTION
THE COLLECTION will be the cornerstone of HOPe. 10.000 unique photos from world’s best photographers, worth 250 euro each will be released on the Drop Day. Everyone who would buy a photo from The Collection would become HOPe community member and from that moment will contribute to the creation of HOPe. - 1 per month initiative to be voted on the forum

HOPe will evolve, so will the benefits for its members. In the future we plan to include merchandising, photo-travels or scholarships for most active members , before the grande finale which would be the physical museum.

HOPe community

The most important benefit of HOPe is participation in the community. The concept of HOPe community is to create a virtual town of 10.000 citizens, where people would stay in regular contact via the platform and meet in real life. Here are the couple of features which make HOPe community worth joining: ( układ tak samo jak poprzednie)
- Unique platform designated for the community
- Common discussions and consultations over HOPe projects
- Meetings in real life, at HOPe events, parties and exhibitions
- Beyond-photography connections through social space
- Support from community on personal projects
- Work on special initiatives: Creation of photography-based networking app as the first one

Transition to a Museum

When the virtual platform will reach its peak, projects will be successfully carried out and sufficient resources will be available, HOPe will transform into a physical museum in a location decided by the board. (tak samo jak poprzednie)

Physical museum shall be a state of art facility, a space featuring:

- Main exhibition space, able to host big exhibition 3 to 4 times a year
- Microexhibition spaces, able to host smaller exhibitions and shows, directed at works of emerging artists, conceptual or reactive projects
- Rooms able to host projects, exhibitions or shows done by community members or available as showrooms to rent * as approved by the board
- Social space to host social events, parties or conferences
- Shop featuring HOPe exclusive products
- Restaurant and cafe

Projects on the way
As virtual platform will inaugurate on a drop day, HOPe will provide its community with several projects, so that the members will have a chance to vote on their shape and details and will be given a chance to participate and earn on them. Here is what to expect:

EXHIBITIONS: 
HOPe plans to organise 3 major exhibitions within the first year of activity. The shape and logistics would be decided in votings ( powrot do poprzednigo formatu- tekst po lewej grafika po prawej )

PRIVATE EXHIBITIONS:

Each of the community member will be given a one-time chance to present his own exhibition in one of the available spaces, after submitting details to the board. If the proposition will be accepted, HOPe will provide necessary resources, as well as will take care of promotion and communication

PHOTO AWARDS:
HOPe plans to organise an annual photography competition, giving emerging photographers a chance to make their name recognised. The format and further details of the competition will be decided in votings

CREATION OF AN APP:

HOPe board will submit for voting several features of the emerging app, which would be important social networking app based on photography. Community members would have a chance to submit their improvements proposals and will be given the premium subscription.

We are convinced that photography in its richness and variety will provide HOPe community with almost everyday challenges, tasks and new initiatives, which will appear and evolve together with HOPe itself.

ADVISORS and CREATORS :

We are pretty sure that community will provide us with a wave of inspiring people photography-wise and beyond. So far we have gathered a team of advisors who would help us to lead the project and give us hints about things we know nothing about. Here are the few faces of HOPe:
