2. Grade them, each of the following is worth 10 marks ;
Taxi - (Following yellow lines and speed below 25kts)
Takeoff - (Hold before runway, request clearance and smooth takeoff)
Cruise - (Rate their cruise based on the altitude you assigned them, + - 200 feet allowance)
Pattern Hold - (Make them circle Mellor twice)
Landing - (smooth descent and touchdown)
