Cambria and Coheed formed in the year 1995. Their distinctive music and sci-fi-themed albums have earned them the status of a household. Their music incorporates elements of punk metal and rock into their music.


Over the course of their careers they have constantly redefined what a rock band can be. The musical universe they have created is inspired by Claudio Sanchez's sci-fi story, The Amory Wars. Their lyrics are a reflection of the current world.


The songs of the band are diverse and often incorporate a variety different elements. Their music is often emo as well as incorporating pop-punk influences into their songs.


Their music is mainly centered on the idea of The Amory Wars, but their lyrics also contain many allusions to other fiction stories. The lyrics are frequently compared with Jane's Addiction or Misfits.


They have released five studio albums, two live albums as well in a number of limited-edition releases. Their most popular album is The Amory Wars, which has sold more than one million copies in the world and has been a huge critical and commercial success.


The band has toured throughout the years since they formed and has played with many artists including Breaking Pangaea, Linkin Park, The Used, Slipknot and Trivium. They also performed at the Wacken Open Air festival and the Sonisphere Festival in England.


In 2002 they joined Equal Vision Records and released their debut album, Coheed and Cambria, which was followed by the single "A Favor House Atlantic". The single "A Favor House Atlantic" was a huge success on MTV, which helped to help promote the album's release. In the Keeping Secrets of Silent Planet:3 Their second studio album released in 2003. It was a critical as well as commercial success. This was also their first album recorded by the current lineup comprising Travis Stever (Guitar), Claudio Sanchez (Vocals / Guitar), Josh Eppard (Drums) and Zach Cooper (Bass).



Their third studio album Year of the Black Rainbow was released on April 13th the 13th of April, the 13th of April, 2010. It was released as a prequel for their fourth album, The Amory Wars. The album also includes a novel written by the band's vocalist, Claudio Sanchez.


Coheed and Cambria, a progressive rock band, were founded in New York City, USA. Coheed And Cambria T-shirts bring Emo and punk influences into their music. Jane's Addiction, Misfits and others have inspired them.

They are recognized for their musical talents and ability to create an engaging and thought-provoking experience. They have won numerous awards and are considered to be among the most popular progressive rock bands all over the world.
