Counterparts are finally finding their groove with their latest LP, A Eulogy To Those Still here. Will Putney (Knocked Loose/Vein collaborator) produced the album. The album is driven by a feeling of missing certain things, while they're still here with you.
This is Counterparts’ first LP since 2019's release, Nothing Left To Love. It is a testament to their maturity as a band. The lyrics are richer and more nuanced than ever and still maintain the same intense and hypnotic sound they were known for.
The new album marks the return of all original members to the band, with guitarist Jesse Doreen making his return for this album. They are now joined by Tyler Williams as bassist and Kyle Brownlee as drummer.
Canadian metalcore group, Canadian Metalcore, isn't new to the scene, but their growth has been impressive. They went from the Warped Tour stage, to being the biggest hardcore band in the country. Fans and magazines alike have been very pleased with their latest albums, The Current Will Transport Us and The Difference Between hell and home.
