坐月子

周宗翰說明,中醫之所以特別重視「坐月子」,認為月子坐得好壞攸關女性生產後一輩子的健康。 因為產後身體仿佛經過一場戰爭,如果沒有好好坐月子,加上照顧孩子太勞累,反而使得免疫力大幅下滑,產生一連串健康危機。 水果里含有各種維生素和微量元素,除產後3—4天裡不要吃特別寒性的水果,在接下來的日子裡應要適當多吃水果。
對應前段不能喝水的理論,如果只喝湯,反而更容易讓鈉離子阻礙水分排出。 如果完全不喝水,產後容易有會陰部或膀胱、泌尿道感染的問題。 理想與現實,通常會有些差距,實際坐月子的天數,以20~30天最多,佔53%;其次則是30~40天佔20%;40~50天則佔10%。 依照我們之前的「準備如何生產」的調查,20~40歲自然產約75%左右的比例,與坐月子天數20~40天加總比例接近。
