Eligibility

When interacting with customers you should share two important points about the Affordable Connectivity Program: First, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) determines who is eligible for the ACP and corresponding benefits, not Xfinity. Second, eligible customers must enroll in the program to receive the subsidy. Xfinity provides program details, a link to the National Verifier site, and the enrollment form on xfinity.com/ACP.
A household is eligible if one member of the household meets the following criteria or participates in one of the following programs:

Households making at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
Already receives a Lifeline benefit
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as Food Stamps
Medicaid
Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program, including at U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Community Eligibility Provision schools in the 2019-20, 2020-21, or 2021-22 school year
Received a Federal Pell Grant in the current award year
Tribal Programs for Residents for Qualifying Tribal Lands:
Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (Tribal TANF)
Head Start (only households meeting the income qualifying standard)
Food Distribution Program on Tribal Reservations
