Baku, September 30 (AZERTAC). Arzu Aliyeva (Vice-President) and Leyla Aliyeva (Vice-President) visited today the Heydar Aliyev Foundation No12 in Khazar District. Also, they visited the Shuvalan settlement summer camp of the Orphanage No1 and the Narimanov District psychoneurological orphanage.
Arzu and Leyla Aliyeva, vice-presidents at the Foundation, went to first Khazar District special boarding School No12.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva and Mrs. Arzu Alyeva were informed that the facility has been instructing children with paralysis since 1969.
In 2010, Mehriban Aliyeva (First Lady), initiated the repairs to the facility.

The Heydar Aliyev Foundation informed them that the 1930 built facility had been reconstructed in 2005, and then renovated.

It was explained that the facility, which can house up to 96 children, is aimed at integrating children into the local community as well as offering rehabilitation.
