April: oh. I see that your paying that much. I have a good news for you. Here in Xfinity we offer the best to our customers. Wherein you pay less and save much when you try to activate of one of our data plan option. Which is you can avail our unlimited and by the gig. So as what you mentioned earlier you pay $75 in your current provider. So if were going to calculate it. you were going to save up to $30 per month which have 2 lines.


So the activation process is already completed. Now may i ask what are you seeing on your screen right now?

That's great. Now, to test if your device is already functiong well. Can you grab your Xfinity remote for me. And try to adjust the volume by pressing tha volume button. And after that, try to switch to different channels. And then, press the power button.
