Hizmetleri'ne (Paycell) 1000 TL Para gönderdim ancak para karşı tarafa geçmedi. İşin garip tarafi benim
Turkcell diye yolladığım para transferi, şu an baktığımda ilginç bir şekilde iban Turkcell'in, Alıcı Iban ismi ise benim adım (eksik şekilde) olacak şekilde gözüküyor. Halbu ki fastpay tarafindan gönderilmiş ve fastpay tarafından oluşturulan dekontum da var. Bu nasıl oluyor anlamış değilim. Ve ilgili tutar 1000 TI ortalıkta yok. Ne deniz bank hesabımda gözüküyor ne de fastpay hesabımda. Bu sorunun bir an önce çözülüp paranın hesabıma iadesini istiyorum.
