The company based in New York, Bayrock Group was founded in 2001 by Turkish-Kazakh businessman Tevfik Arif. Donald Trump is one of the most prominent customers of the company, which specializes in luxury property development.

Tevfik Aif conceived a strategy to give 18% equity to the Trump Organization in the Soho Building. In return, the Trump brand will be used to identify the name of the construction.

Bayrock Group employed world-renowned interior designers to design the interior of the structure. Handel Architects developed the design.

Handel Architects, a world leading company in design and architecture is recognized worldwide.

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Washington, D.C., the September 11th National Memorial, New York City are just two of the initiatives.

Fendi Casa pieces for Trump Soho were provided by Rockwell Group, a design and architectural firm.
