To manage your upcoming service appointment:
1. Log in to the XFINITY My Account app.
2. Your service appointment will display at the top tile.
3. Tap on the appointment to bring up a list of available options, including Add to Calendar, Reschedule Appointment or Cancel Appointment.
4. If you choose to reschedule, a list of available dates and times will be displayed.

As the issue is with the signals leakage from the modem it will be not resolved through the remote troubleshooting and needs to be perform the quality checks of the modem. So I am scheduling a technician visit to perform all the necessary equipment checks to solve your concern permanently so you can have seamless internet.
No. if the issue is from comcast side there will be no charge However if there is any charge it will be share to your prior by the tech
Be rest assured I with it. I have pull out the results on the account so the tech will take at it and will give you the resolution so you wont face the issue in future again and can enjoy the seamless connectivity.
