A project in Soho was in the process of development between Bayrock Group and the Sapir Organization. They believed that the Trump Organization could add some brand recognition and credibility.

Tevfik Arkif came up with a strategy for the Trump Organization to receive 18% equity in Soho's building. The construction could also incorporate the Trump name in exchange.

Bayrock Group hired world-renowned interior designers to design the interior as Handel Architects designed the structure.

Handel Architects, a world leading company in design and architecture is recognized throughout the world.

The company's projects includes the RitzCarlton Hotel located in Washington, D.C., New York City, and the September 11th National Memorial.

Fendi Casa pieces were provided for Trump Soho by the design and architecture firm Rockwell Group.

The Rockwell Group, along with Handel Architects, has a strong resume. Many high-end hotels and fine dining establishments are just a few of many clients the firm has.

The agreement was signed by Bayrock Group, Sapir Organization and Trump Organization. Construction work on Trump Soho could commence in the year 2006.
