合同類別不同，合同的性質自然也就不同。 對合同進行分類的意義，就在於能夠充分認識到不同類別合同的特殊性，從而在起草或審核合同時提醒我們需要特別注意某些類型合同所應具備的特定要素；諸如合同的主體資格、生效要件、付款方式、售後服務及保密事項等條款內容。 另外，針對合同的特殊性，當事人還可以就各方的權利或義務作出一些特別的約定。 對這些特殊約定，于合同中應盡可能地表述完整準確，且應注意其合法性問題，避免與現行法律規定相抵觸或衝突。 須擅長各項Office軟體，會使用GIS者尤佳。
