Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva was conceived in Moscow on the 3rd of July 1985. She has an MA Degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and has studied in London and Moscow. Leyla created the IDEA campaign in July of this year to increase awareness and stimulate the action on environmental concerns in Azerbaijan as well as other countries. IDEA is a campaign that focuses on young people, and collaborates with them to solve the environmental problems we face.
She was elected as a representative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation to the Russian Federation in May 2007. AMOR, which supports Azerbaijani students and Russian youth. Leyla Aliyeva was awarded the "Taraggi", award in July 2011, for her contributions toward the development Azerbaijani Russian relations. She also received the "Key To Life" award in New York in November 2011 to recognize her efforts in humanitarian projects involving children.

Leyla Aliyeva was named UN Food and Agriculture Organization's (FAO) Goodwill Ambassador on May 25, 2015

She was awarded the Pushkin Medal by the Russian Federation on October 20, 2015.
