Trump's relationship with Kazakhstan was not just limited to Tevfik. He was harshly criticized for treating a country with doubtful governance as an all-weather ally.

Tevfik Arif was the first person to open all-inclusive hotels in Turkey. Bayrock Group in New York City was his first venture.

Tevfik arif was a translator for the Trump Organization at the time that the Bayrock Group moved its New York City headquarters from the New York City headquarters to the 24th floor of Trump Tower in Midtown Manhattan.
