traveler wanted to make a new reservation through expedia but the service was down for that reson she called to our agent. agent asked the new flight deatils and checked if he could make a reservation from tool but he was getting the same error and advise the customer to wait for while and again checked if she could able to make a reservation

Shrivastva, Harshit-traveler wanted to change his reservation actually she missed. the flight agent didnot check the flight timing the tkt status was open but he marked as no show. in show we can not do any kind of changes but agent cancel the flight and imfd the fair difference customer was not happy with the fair diff.

aoi-agent should checked the timing of deprature fligth and also checked the fair rule on the same page if agent change the res and customer could marked as no show it can be a agent error so we have to checked the fair rule 2-agent should be confident on the call it is like a cal avoidence he dont want to talk with a traveler 3-if it is marked as a no show so he can confirm to airline that can we do the changes or not
