- dapat dilihat dari efek atau dampak yg ditimbulkan dari sebuah perbuatan, jika berdampak baik dan posiitf beraarti dapat didefinisikan Baik namun jika menimbulkan efek atau dampak yang buruk dapat dikategorikan Buruk tetapi penilaian ini bersifat relatif tergantung bagaimana cara pikir seorang individu.
