Calls, text and roaming settings:- device tab > select the device > manage carrier features > settings of international roaming features, international calling, hotspot and data setting, normal call and text
Troubleshooting device issue :- device tab > select the device > device diagnostics > battery usage test ( Run this test to check the performance of the device's battery),
Xmpp and claim :- device tab > select the device > device protection > submit claim or xmpp get start
New device on existing lines :- device tab > select the device > replace device
Return or exchange of device and accessories :- device tab > select the device > return or exchange > return type and reason
Billing tab
Checking previous payment method:-
Open Xm360 > authentication > Billing tab > manage payment method > previous payment method
Check bill statement and details:-
Open Xm360 > authentication > Billing tab > upcoming bill tab or ledger ( ledger for all the statements and details about all the bills and credits )
To issue goodwill credit:-
Open Xm360 > authentication > Billing tab > issue goodwill credit > select the issue for the credit and amount > press issue credit
To issue refund:-
Open Xm360 > authentication > Billing tab > Issue refund
