- Minum obat tepat waktu.
- Konsultasi maupun terapi dengan psikiater dan psikolog.
- Mempertahankan kehidupan sosial.
- Kenali dan waspadai faktor pemicu.
- Lakukan gaya hidup sehat.
- Tidak menyerah: Diperlukan sikap tidak mudah menyerah dan tetap berpikiran positif untuk menghadapi kondisi bipolar disorder.
