You thinking taking our phones away help. But it doesn't. It takes away our communication with some of the people that make us happy and keep us distressed. When you take away our phones it really only helps halfway because it makes us want to do stuff to get it back. But on the other hand, this also stresses us out and you're sabotaging our relationship with each other. there is pros and cons for taking away a phone so im not saying you were in the wrong for taking the phone away but at the same time all due respect you are. i feel like you should find a different punishment rather than taking our phones away because although that is a possible distraction there are things all around school and us that can also be distractions. it creates trust issues, and we will always find a way to get it back. I know you think it's a good idea, but we will just grow to resent you (not in a hatred way but in a "why does she have to do this all the time Bruh" way) because you took away our escape from reality and the only form of contact we have with our friends. also, music is a escape from reality and stress for me and i can't listen to music without my apple music or my Spotify because that's on my phone. and Keddrick (which also helped out making this) doesn't get to play that my singing monster game i guess that helps him keep his cool. and because taking phones is a good but bad punishment, i feel like we can make an agreement. each time you take our phones for something like our grades, you should at least take it for a week max. i feel like this would make us act right and do well once we get our phones back out of fear of getting them taken away again. also, i can go a week without my phone i guess, but anything over it starts to stress me out day by day, so i hope we can make that a deal. Keddrick also thinks the same. it stresses him out badly as you can tell, and it doesn't really help with anything. Keddrick said he'd be okay with at least one phone back. also, if this is believable me and Keddrick both agree to keep working hard to bring our grades up if we get our phones back because we don't want to go through this again of course and plus i was gonna start trying to bring my grades up before i even could show you my progress report. what i was trying to tell you when you first seen it was i did the assignments that i was missing but that was after progress reports were submitted. but anyways, were tired of this and we apologize and hope you can forgive us, and we can get our stuff back.
