A:  perfect. thank you so much for that xfinity. just in case this call might this connect for some reason may i know your best callback number please? 

A: alright. thank you for that. Now, in order for me to determine what specific issues do you have and what specific tools i need to use. Can you tell me more about it?  

A: got it. Now here is the plan to fix this. I will be asking a series of questions and we'll do some basic troubleshooting using the right tool in this process. What i need you to do is to bare with me throughout the process. You will be my eyes and ears today. Sounds great right?

A: awesome. since you are seeing some green lights now. it means that your device is ready for activation.  

A: xfinity, can you check for me if there's an ethernet cable connected to your cable box? ( that's totally fine. much better if there is none.)

 A: xfinity. may i know if you tried to activate your cable box on your own? and what have you done so far?( if gitry nya ug activate) 

A:  alright. than you for that one. now, on your tv, you will be seeing an on screen instructions. okay? if you have some questions regarding on your activation process, i will be more happy to guide you all throughout.

A: awesome. may i know what language did you choose? is it the right language for you?

A:  awesome. the next step is youll be asked to enter your account number ( you can use your remote to enter those numbers ) please let me now what are you seeing after that, okay? 

A: alright.  you will be asked to choose a name for your device. you can choose the suggested name listed on your screen. and after that your closer to the last step.
