Rules:
Five actions per person.
For example: Germany

You can do the same action twice,for double the effect or 3 times or so on. If you only do it once it will have
Things you can do
-recruit troops (if they outnumber 20-25% of the population you'll start to suffer from economic problems)
-increase your population
-improve your infrastructure (it is very important- it determines the amount of troops that can fight there without penalties)
-research technological advancements (in economy and military)
-colonise adjacent land
-construct industries (they need the economy to support them or else they will fall apart)

Money (it's very important)
The currency is called KGWs (kingdom of wargames).
Everyone starts with 5000 KGWs
You earn them from the provinces themselves,rather from their infrastructure
Each level of infrastructure in every province produces 100 KGWS per turn.
You can also build cities. You can only have 1 city per province. It costs 1000KGW to build one and it generates 200 KGW per turn.

Colonisation cost- 50KG for every province you colonise. (there is a chance you will ruin its infrastructure though)
Infrastructure costs 125KGW for level 2,250KGW for level 3 etc
Techs cost 250KGW for level 2. It increases by 250KGW each time

Population
1.Everyone has it
2.Colonisation cost -10
3.Population growth +10%
4.Colonisation cost (total) -25%
5.Population growth(total) +20%
6.Money generated by infrastructure +50
7.Infrastructure cost -100

Military
1.Unlocks infantry,cavalry and artillery,transport ships and destroyers
2.Unlocks machinegun and cruiser
3.Unlocks mountaineer and marine infantry + submarine
4.Field Artillery and Tank + battleship
5.Anti-Tanks and Aircraft + aircraft carrier
