I like to pull the lure about two feet then pause as I reel back the two feet keeping the line tight as I reel in. Then I pull another two feet and repeat all the way back to the boat. We find that when cruising we can manage on an overnight basis to live in a civilized fashion, but we do not have the power to use an automatic washer for instance. This has to wait either until we get mains power or find a launderette.
