Face to face visit with Kelvin at his home and then headed into the community. We went to go get lunch to start our day. Kelvin did make healthy decisions today with some coaching. Once done we went over Kelvins emails, and we discussed his plans for his potentially new apartment. Once done we went for Kelvin's daily routine walk. While walking we spoke about the importance of safety and awareness in the community. Kelvin is aware that he should not talk to strangers and that includes children. We spoke about controlling his anger, controlling his loud voice and how not to blurt out what he is thinking. We discussed time management at home and once he begins to work parttime. We discussed what to do if he is left alone and what to do if he feels in danger. We discussed different bus and train routes throughout the community. We went to do a tour at Weeks Ville Heritage Center. We were able to tour the Hip /hop Museum and enjoy the music videos. Kelvin enjoyed the tour but was tired afterwards. Once done we traveled back to Kelvin's home. Kelvin arrived home safely and today was successful.
