Ice Nine Kills

Ice Nine Kills hails from Boston and is a heavy metal act. They are famous for their horror-inspired lyrics. Their music has been compared to Slipknot, Rob Zombie and others. Their latest album, The Silver Scream 2; Welcome to Horrorwoodwood, was released in October 2021.

The band was formed in 1998 and played aggressive metal. Victory Records later signed it. Retribution was initially their name. They changed the name in 2001. Atreyu went on tour under a new name, and performed at festivals including South By So What. !.

The band has been featured in videogames and appeared in numerous movies. Because of these appearances, the band's reputation grew substantially. They returned to studio with their fifth album in 2014 after a three year hiatus. Bob Marlette, their producer, was back with them this time.

They have been described as "the perfect blend of punk and rockcore". They are well-known for heavy-rock influences but also have a passion for pop culture. The Silver Scream was a band that combined music and fiction to create a terrifying and exciting world for true believers.

Ice Nine Kills is currently touring with Black Veil Brides (Motionless in White) The tour will continue into December.
