回歸自然、簡單的生活方式，在設計師的角色就要能用環保的概念加上好的設計，減少過度裝修、不必要的裝飾，讓空間是有溫度的，能呼吸的。 提供業主一個美好的生活品質而達到健康舒適的目的，是采金房設計的堅持理念。 利用光線、視線可穿透的玻璃材質作為隔間拉門。 此區隔空間，藉由噴砂玻璃的使用，柔和了玻璃的冰冷僵硬，低樑應用降板間接燈營造氣氛，也消除大樑的壓迫感，紅色加上亮銀色沙發創造出浪漫甜美的風情。 由於這間透天住宅擁有絕佳戶外景觀，因此分子設計團隊利用大面開窗的採光與景觀優勢，在家具鋪陳安排上，刻意選擇山谷式配置，亦即利用低檯度的沙發、床或地墊，形成彷彿山坳的型狀，保留最佳採光與景觀。 各種空間對不同人都有不一樣的想像，我們喜愛聆聽空間的想像，並且執行它，進一步在細節中規劃，由淺入深、細細琢磨出屬於空間的調性，創造專屬於屋主的個人風格。
翻修時可將原有的地板、牆壁、天花板全部拆掉，從只留下建築結構體（Skeleton）的狀態，從頭開始規畫格局。 壁式結構的建築，住宅內可能會豎立著不能拆除的牆壁（結構牆），但只要翻修技巧夠好，仍能實現舒適的格局。
