Arbitrators have the authority to take disciplinary action since they enter the playing field to perform pre-inspection inspection
until they leave it after the end of the meeting (including criminal charges).

If before entering the playing field at the beginning of the game, a player or a member of the technical body commits an offence deserving of expulsion, the arbitrators will have the authority to prevent the player or member of the technical body from participating in the party.

The arbitrator must also record all cases of incorrect conduct.

A player or member of the technical body who commits an offence punishable by admonition or expulsion, either within or outside the playing field or by attempting against any other person or against the Futsal Rules themselves, shall be punished in accordance with the offence committed.

The yellow card is used to communicate an admonition and the red card, to communicate an expulsion.

Only the players, the alternates and the members of the technical body can be shown yellow or red cards.

Players and alternates
Delay the resumption of the game to show a card
When the arbitrators have decided to show a card, either to master-nee or to expel a player, the game should not resume until the card has been shown.

Sales
If the arbitrators were to give advantage for an offence deserving of admonition or expulsion, such admonition or expulsion should be applied as soon as the ball ceases to be at stake, except for the successful avoidance of a manifest occasion of goal, in which case the player will be reprimanded for anti-sport conduct rather than being expelled.

Offences punishable by admonition
The player will be warned to perform any of the following actions:

* delay the resumption of the game;

* show disapproval with words or actions;

* enter or re-enter the playing field without the permission of one of the arbitrators or contravening the replacement procedure;

* do not respect the regulatory distance in a corner looting, a missing launch or a gang looting;

* repeatedly violate the Game Rules (the number of breaches is not defined or there is another specific indication of what it means to "infring repeatedly");

The alternate who performs any of the following actions shall be admonished:

* entering the playing field in contravention of the replacement procedure;

In the event that the same player commits two punishable infractions (even in succession), he must be reprimanded twice, e.g. if you enter the playing field contravening the substitution procedure and, then, performs a reckless entry or frustrates an immediate and direct attack by means of a fault or by touching the ball with the hand, etc.

Anti-deportionate conduct
There are different actions in which a player will be admonished for anti-sport behavior, including:

* commit a misdemeanor with which it interferes in an immediate and direct attack or is eventually avoided, except when the arbitrators give a criminal shot for a violation of the ball;

To avoid a manifest occasion of the goal of an adversary through a disputed violation of the ball and for which the arbitrators point to criminal shooting;

* touch the ball with the hand when trying to mark a goal(no matter whether or not it gets it) or in an attempt to avoid an opponent's goal without getting it;

* make unauthorized marks on the playing field;

* play the ball when you are leaving the playing field, after having received permission to leave it;

* show disrespect for the spirit of the futsal;

* deliberately employing a squirid or stratagem to pass the ball to your wardrobe (even while shooting a free shot) with your head, chest, knee, etc. in order to mock the rule;

* distract with words and comments from an opponent during the game;

* to move or intentionally turn the goal (without avoiding a goal or an obvious occasion of goal of the adversary team).

Celebration of a goal
Players can celebrate the achievement of a goal, but without over-limiting; choreographed celebrations should not be encouraged and should not cause excessive time loss.

* show your disagreement with a decision (with words or acts) of low intensity;

* to leave the technical area on an occasional basis without committing any other infraction.

Friendship
Offences of a member of the technical body deserving of admonition include the following:

* do not respect the limits of the technical area of your team in an obvious or persistent manner;

* delay the resumption of the game when it is up to your team;

To enter the technical area of the adversary team (without confrontational spirits);

* show disapproval with words or actions, for example:

* throwing or hitting bottles or other objects with feet;

Gesticulating in such a way that one or more members of the arbitration team are disrespected (e.g. applauding sarcasticly);

* to ask with exaggerated gestures or in an insistent way to show a card;

* gesticular or proceed in a provocative or exalted manner;

persistently behave unacceptably (including repeated violations deserving of warning);

* show disrespect to the spirit of the futsal.

Expulsion
Among the offences deserving of expulsion, the following are:

* delay the resumption of the game when it is up to the opponent, e.g. holding the ball, moving away with the foot, hindering a player, etc. ;

* abandon the technical area deliberately for:

* show your disagreement or protest one of the arbitrators;

* to proceed in a provocative or exalted manner;

* enter the technical area of the adversary team aggressively or in a spirit of confrontation;

* voluntarily throw with the hand or with the foot an object to the court;

• Enter the playing field to:

• face one of the arbitrators, even if the action occurs at rest or at the end of the party;

• intervening in the game or impeding an adversary player or one of the arbitrators;

In all cases, the arbitrators shall take appropriate disciplinary action:

• Temeraria: the offender will be charged for anti-sport.

• Excessively: the offender shall be expelled for violent conduct.
