Sub - Application for requesting a settlement of the above personal Loan.

Dear Sir,
I am writing in reference to the subject.
This is to inform you that I applied a loan from Lendingkart Finance Limited to expand my business, where I got the loan amount of INR 2,45,000 disbursed on December 26, 2019 under a loan account bearing No. LAI-00093373. I had started my business with investing my personal savings and loan amount and it seemed on track too for some months and I paid some installments too. Unfortunately, there was a fully lockdown in the market due to covid 19 Pandemic situations and I was suddenly unable to make the business and had lost all my savings and loan amount in the business, which has led to non-payment of the loan installments for the last several months.
Your collection team has been continuously following up with me, which is putting a lot of pressure on me in addition to my worries of having no business, pregnancy of my wife and education of my daughter. I also was not able to pay the school fees of my daughter due to the above reasons. Considering my situations, the school has offered me 60% off on the fees and rest of the fees I am paying in installments. Some of your collection agents have also visited us and have been demanding payment, which has created an embarrassing situation for all of us in our family.
Considering my current situations, I have been told by your team for settlement of this loan in INR 2,00,000 in order to close the loan account for which I Sincerely thank and appreciate. In which, I already paid 30,000 in two installments. (one is of 10,000 paid on September 9, 2022 and another is of 20,000 Paid on January 23rd 2023). I can make the payment in accordance with the installments and wants to clear up most of the pending amount in the year of 2023. Even though there will be great hardship for me in arranging this money in addition to my expense of rented house, pregnant wife and education of my daughter. I am still willing to do it for the good of both the parties involved.
I hope your good self will consider my financial and family situation. I kindly request you to please allow me to repay the remaining settlement balance as I already started repaying you.
For this act of kindness, I shall remain grateful.
